Most ear trainers ask you to pick the answer from a list. Harmonize asks you to *make* the sound: slide to harmonize against a reference tone, play a melody back on a keyboard, tap a rhythm. Producing the interval yourself is what makes it stay. Train with the cute mascots Ebifurya and Kakifurya.

Changes: Achievement badges (57): land on and conquer stages, earn three stars and each stage's own perfect, keep a streak, try the tuner and sounds. Unearned badges show their conditions, so the list maps features you have not tried. Open it from the top right of home.
Perfect-score celebration: when a whole category reaches three stars, a hanamaru stamp and fireworks show what you achieved.
Challenge results add a "practise your weakest" button.

Changes: New stage: Drone — tune phrases note by note over a low note that never stops, like a bagpipe. Your guide is Macfurya. Categories by tonic; the first 5 problems on C are free.
New sound: Bagpipe — the chanter made for the Drone stage is now available in Sound Settings for every stage. Tap the instrument image to audition it.
With transposition, tonic names now show "in F" etc., and the game screen shows the transposition too.

When one string vibrates twice, three times as fast, the pitch climbs a staircase. This stage asks you to name that nth partial on the keyboard while you watch the string move.

• Contact now goes through an in-app form instead of email
